    We are seeking a passionate Training & Development Specialist to join our growing team.

    The primary purpose of this role is to develop and implement training programs that enhance employees' professional competencies, technical skills, and workplace behaviors across the organization.

    The successful candidate will ensure training initiatives are aligned with the company's people strategy, bridging skill gaps and driving improved performance.

    Additionally, this role plays a vital part in fostering sustainable human resource development by strengthening employee engagement and adaptability to organizational goals.

    This position reports directly to the HR Manager and contributes significantly to building a capable, future-ready workforce.
    What to do
    Training Needs Identification
    Conduct job analysis to assess specific tasks, required skills, and competencies for each role.
    Evaluate employees' current competencies against job standards to identify skill gaps.
    Collect input from managers, employees, and relevant stakeholders to understand practical training needs and prioritize accordingly.
    Training Design & Implementation
    Develop training programs tailored to different audiences, organizational goals, and development priorities.
    Organize and coordinate training sessions with internal/external trainers, ensuring program quality and timely delivery.
    Manage training resources, including materials, platforms, and tools to support learning initiatives.
    Training Resources & Reporting
    Maintain training records and databases (e.g., attendance, completion, evaluation).
    Help manage learning platforms, tools, and digital resources to support training initiatives.
    Provide administrative and reporting support for training effectiveness evaluation
    What you should have
    Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Education, Human Resources, Training & Development, or Information Technology.
    At least 3 years of experience in L&D specialist or similar roles
    Understanding of the interrelationship between different professional roles within the IT industry.

    Soft skills:
    Meeting facilitation, information synthesis, persuasion, and cross-functional collaboration.

    Technical skills:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling, and training-related tools/platforms.
    Strong passion for training and developing human resources.
