Job summary

Making payment to suppliers and agents, making Debit notes, Issuing red invoice, prepare internal AR-AP report, Reconciliation AR, AP with customers, suppliers, Checking company information of input invoices to avoid mistake, Calculate and make payment of Salary, Social insurance & Quaterly taxes, Saves all documents needed, Support accountant of service accounting company to make tax reports and financial statement, Other tasks requested by manager.

Responsibilities

• Making payment to suppliers and agents
• Making Debit notes, Issuing red invoice, prepare internal AR-AP report
• Reconciliation AR, AP with customers, suppliers
• Checking company information of input invoices to avoid mistake
• Calculate and make payment of Salary, Social insurance & Quaterly taxes
• Saves all documents needed
• Support accountant of service accounting company to make tax reports and financial statement
• Other tasks requested by manager

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working as Accountant;
• Good understanding of Vietnam law & incoterm
• Experience in Logistics foreign company is an advantage;
• Good ability to use English
• Ability to work independently
• CV in English (MUST HAVE)
• Attached: Certificate, transcripts…(if any)
