• Progress management of production (sample, mass order) price negotiation
• Attend customers when they visit the factory
• Manage work planning for the department
• Monitor the progress and quality of the work in the merchandising team
• Manage buyers' expectation
• Communication with customers
• Depending on the situation, you may be required to travel to external suppliers or other base factories.

• Experience: At least 3 4 years of experience as a Merchandiser in Garment companies.
