• Our client is looking for an experienced talent to join their firm:
• Deliver regular updates to the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board regarding changes in regulations and developments in the regulatory landscape, while also bringing attention to any instances of internal or external non-compliance.
• Coordinate with relevant department heads to ensure prompt and appropriate responses to requests from regulators, Board of Directors, or the Supervisory Board.
• Develop and organize plans and scopes for both routine and ad-hoc compliance checks and audits.
• Analyze non-compliance issues and report them to the BOD and Supervisory Board for further action.
• Facilitate effective communication with business units, helping them comprehend and adapt to new changes in laws, regulations, rules, guidelines, and new products to ensure compliance with the latest requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finances/Banking/Accounting or equivalent experience.
• At least 3+ years of experience in legal management and/or financial services operations/compliance
• Demonstrates robust managerial abilities, effective communication skills, particularly in English, strong analytical aptitude, excellent organizational prowess, and adeptness in project management and planning.
• Possesses extensive knowledge of the designated businesses, products, operations, systems, and the organizational structure, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of all relevant regulatory compliance requirements about the business.
• Proven track record of successfully achieving high-level objectives aligned with annual business and compliance plans.
• Proficient in using personal computers and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
