    As the lead software engineer, your role encompasses project management responsibilities, overseeing a team of professionals working on various digital initiatives, including mobile applications, web development, and vending machine projects.

    • Your involvement spans across the entire spectrum of our company's design and implementation processes, encompassing both high-level strategic discussions and intricate details.
    • Serve as an internal champion of technology in our digital transformation efforts, enhancing both front-end and back-end development standards while shaping project objectives.
    • Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with diverse teams, stakeholders, and external partners to streamline workflows, ensuring the execution of high-quality experiences across multiple projects.
    • Co-development with our offshore software engineers is essential to ensure technical alignment with architectural designs.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years of professional development experience.
    • Mastery of PHP, Flutter, Vue (Uni APP), JavaScript, REST, HTML, CSS, and/or MVC frameworks.
    • Proficiency in AngularJS, ReactJS, , or similar front-end frameworks.
    • Thorough understanding of UI/UX principles and design patterns.
    • Experience with server-side environments such as , PHP, Python, etc.
    • Willingness to learn new languages or technologies as required.
    • Proficiency in integrating third-party SDKs and APIs.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, along with GIT.
    • Experience with applications utilizing AWS cloud services.
    • Track record of co-developing and managing large-scale projects involving external vendors.
    • Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Fluent in English to collaborate effectively with the Singapore team.
