Job summary

Promote courses, arrange trials, and handle sign-ups. Register new students and maintain accurate records. Manage customer care, student retention. Track course sessions, follow up on renewals and payments. Respond promptly to messages across communication channels. Ensure child safety, support students and teachers during classes, record student progress. Gather customer feedback and suggest service improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Care team
• Committed to working with us for at least 1 year
• Strong listening and communication skills, good English communication (listening and speaking) skills (TOEIC 550 / IELTS 5.0) and eagerness to learn
• Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, and hardworking. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using office software, smartphones, Google Drive, etc.
• Female candidates (25–40 years old) are preferred
• Willing to work both in D2 and D7
