Job summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Client Advisor with a keen eye for detail, a desire to work in a positive start-up environment, and ready to be one of the first members to join us in building the symbol of a global luxury lifestyle in Vietnam.

Qualifications

• Minimum college degree
• Experience in sales with prestige or luxury brands is preferable
• Experience in exceeding established sales goals and providing exceptional customer experience

Responsibilities

• Research and understanding of the International Property Industry
• Find and follow prospects and leads/Actively seeking sales opportunities
• Discover of customer demand and tailor customer's requirements
• Prepares a sales strategy
• Promoting ideal proposals and services to customers/ preparing and sending quotations to customers
• Interact with customer/Negotiate and handle customer issues
• Handle administration work related to customers
• Actively building customer relationship/ Maintaining customer database
• Provide After-sales services
