- 03++ years of experience in automation testing, including API testing, with strong coding skills (e.g., REST Assured/RestSharp, jMeter, Katalon/Selenium).
- Proficiency in writing SQL scripts and navigating databases.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with the engineering team and create testing plans and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Experience with microservices systems.
- Familiarity with Rspec framework.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Implement best practices for test processes and methodologies to create comprehensive test plans and scripts, aiming to prevent bugs in production.
- Develop documentation for products, catering to admin staff, customers, developers, and product managers.
- Ensure product quality by coaching employees, planning, monitoring, and observing the production environment.
- Stay updated with new technologies and tools, incorporating them effectively as business needs evolve.
- Review testing performed on projects and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers, providing expert insights for our platform's enhancement.
- Assist in building and managing the QA team.
