About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent for our clients through effective sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support throughout the recruitment process.
- Sales and Performance: Achieve individual and team performance targets by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to new team members on soft skills, recruitment techniques, and business development strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present periodic sales reports, business performance reports, and results achieved to management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the Headhunting/Recruitment industry, Sales, Talent Acquisition, or sales-related roles within the Restaurant and Hospitality sector.
- A strong passion for sales and a genuine interest in the field of recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt effectively based on interactions with various companies and candidates.
