About Company:

To meet the growing demand for our jewelry and enhance resilience to supply disruptions, Pandora is constructing a new facility in Binh Duong province from May 2024, expected to be opened in 2026. Pandora, the world's largest jewelry brand by sold pieces, currently has 3 production facilities in Thailand with 13,000 staff. The US$160 million factory will cover an area of 7,5 hectares and will be powered by 100% renewable energy and using only recycled gold and silver supporting the Pandora Group's target of net zero emissions by 2040. The establishment of Pandora's sustainable jewelry manufactory in addition to the carbon-neutral exemplifies a new paradigm of environmentally conscious entrepreneurship in Vietnam and beyond.

Main purpose of the role:

The Business Analyst will be an integral part of the Pandora Manufacturing Technology Innovation team, focusing on analysing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions to boost efficiency and productivity. This role demands effective collaboration across multiple departments, strong communication skills.

Additionally, the Business Analyst will contribute to the execution of our new Digital Strategy and Crafting & Supply Strategy 2026, with the goal of creating a SMART factory and a data-driven organization. The role involves working closely with the Human Resources team and back-office support functions (including Facility, Security, Safety and Health Environment, and General Services), as well as collaborating with other functional teams to establish an agile delivery engine that supports our strategic ambitions.

Key accountabilities:

• Product Backlog and Strategy Support:

• Create features and user stories with relevant acceptance criteria and scenarios.

• Estimate business value and technical requirements of product backlog items.
• Support Product Managers in developing and maintaining the product backlog.

• Drive development of product features and ensure the development team works on items that deliver significant customer and business value

• Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

• Engage with all stakeholders (business, technical team, product owner) to ensure alignment.

• Work with product owners and other stakeholders to refine features according to the 'definition of ready' and 'definition of done'.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Development teams, and Solution Architects to create a holistic backlog and architectural runway.
• Identify required business capabilities and improvement opportunities.
• Help translate business strategy into technical requirements for the development team, focusing on process optimization
• Support Product Managers in facilitating key events, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, product demos, and sprint retrospectives.

• Work towards a more agile operating model, focusing on creating faster time to market, better quality, and more efficiency.

• Solution Development and Process Improvement:

• Develop solution options, high-level solution designs, and solution components.

• Explore potential technical solutions with the team.
• Identify and deliver process improvement solutions across complex, technical, and cross-functional processes.

• Review business processes from an end-to-end perspective and address operational, financial, and technological risks.

• Documentation and Expertise:

• Prepare BA artifacts including process maps, design flows, specifications, and wireframes.

• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in the product and processes, applying this knowledge to development, execution, and implementation.

What is needed to succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or process improvement, preferably in manufacturing or HR environments.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Apply strong analytical and root cause analysis skills to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product backlogs and project priorities.
• Leverage deep understanding of HR processes including workforce planning, time and attendance, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Utilize advanced client-facing skills to influence, negotiate, and build consensus with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Fluent English is a must.
