- Technical Experience:
Hands-on experience with Siebel CRM, Oracle Customer Hub, Oracle Policy Automation, and Oracle DBMS.
- Cloud Services / Cloud Integration:
- Proficiency in Azure Cloud services and integration of cross-platform systems.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, Azure API Management, Azure App Gateway, and other Azure services.
- Architectural Experience:
- Evaluating risk mitigation strategies and architecting cloud-based solutions.
- Designing interoperability solutions within hybrid cloud environments.
- Conducting design options analysis collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Implementing API-centric/MicroServices approach and ensuring Agile architectural governance.
- Communication/Project Management Skills:
- Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation, facilitating agile sessions.
- Ability to translate communications with different stakeholders and manage relationships with external partners.
- OPS Experience:
Demonstrated experience working in accordance with Ontario Public Service policies and procedures.
