Job Requirements:

• Intelligent, smart, good at calculating.
• Good basic knowledge of IT.
• Good basic English communication.
• Good conduct.
• Clear criminal record.
• Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure all irregular, unusual, suspicious, or illegal activities are logged and reported as soon as possible.
• To play an active role in all loss prevention and safety programs as directed by the Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Shift Manager.
• To safeguard all confidential information and to exercise due care to prevent its improper disclosure or use.
• To strictly comply with the "Code of Ethics" at all times.
• To assist with investigations as directed by the Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Shift Manager.
• To maintain the strict surveillance necessary for the prevention, detection and apprehension of persons involved in any illegal or adverse activity; and to log and report such activity to the Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Shift Manager.
• To ensure that all surveillance equipment is functioning correctly and to report any malfunctions to the Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Shift Manager immediately.
• To ensure the accuracy and neat recording of all activities, as required, in the logs and reporting formats used for the CCTV operation.
• To play an active role in the department's digital library system.
• To execute other duties as directed by the Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Shift Manager.
• Perform other tasks as required.
