General Manager - Hoi An, Quang Nam

Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic, driven General Manager who will bring the place to life — not just maintain it. We are looking for someone who owns the experience, elevates our USP's and ignites the venue with energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the venue: F&B, beach club activities, sports bar, events, and private hire.
• Own financial performance: P&L, budgeting, cost control, maximising revenue from food, drink, beach sports and events.
• Develop and execute an events and entertainment calendar that aligns with the Barefoot brand—live music, DJ nights, beach parties, sports screenings, private events.
• Drive the guest experience: from arrival to departure, ensure service excellence, beach-front atmosphere, and memorable moments.
• Build, train and mentor the team: create a high-performance culture of hospitality professionals who breathe the Barefoot values.
• Ensure strong partnerships with travel & tourism channels, hostels (including our sister venues), local community and suppliers.
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, compliance (licenses, food & beverage regulations, beach activity safety) and venue maintenance.
• Innovate the product: look for new beach activities, F&B concepts, private event formats and revenue streams.
• Act as brand ambassador: constantly look for ways to showcase Barefoot Beach Club on social media, create buzz and differentiate ourselves in the Hoi An market.
