Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Desk Agent (Night Shift) based in Bình Dương.

The role involves delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining smooth night operations, and ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and seamless experience throughout the night.

Location:
No 5 Huu Nghi Avenue Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP 1), Binh Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh city.


Overall Duties:
Organize, confirm, and process guest check-ins/check-outs and room reservations.
Handle payments, billing, and maintain accurate records.
Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Follow company policies and maintain a professional appearance.
Support teamwork and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
Excellent Communication skills
Good health, enthusiastic at work
Be interested in hospitality industry
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent

Languages:
English is required - Chinese is an advantage
