    About HERIO:
    HERIO is a platform that bridges education, skills, and business development.

    A key part of our work is providing sales and BD consulting for clients across multiple industries — helping them build networks, close deals, and expand into new markets.

    Alongside that, we are also expanding HERIO's own footprint, so this role will contribute to both client growth and HERIO's direct growth.

    Role Overview

    As a Sales / Business Development Consultant, you will act as a trusted partner for HERIO's portfolio of clients — representing their products and services in the market, building conversations, and closing deals on their behalf.

    In parallel, you will also help promote HERIO where relevant, seizing opportunities to grow our own brand and client base.

    This is a highly dynamic role spanning education, hospitality, F&B, technology, healthcare, and corporate services.

    It requires someone who is confident, humble, and proactive — a natural relationship-builder who can activate networks, travel when needed, and juggle multiple projects at once.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Represent HERIO's clients in sales and BD efforts, tailoring strategies for each sector.
    Identify, approach, and build relationships with decision-makers across hospitality, F&B, education, technology, and corporates.
    Activate personal and professional networks to generate warm introductions and referrals.
    Manage pipelines and report progress for client accounts.
    Attend events, networking sessions, and conferences to create visibility for both clients and HERIO.
    Where relevant, present HERIO's own services and expand our client base.
    Work closely with HERIO leadership to align strategies, messaging, and client priorities.


    Requirements:
    5-10+ years of proven sales/BD experience across industries.
    Confident yet humble and very capable communicator
    Demonstrated success in personally closing deals in both startup (fast, relational) and corporate (structured, multi-stakeholder) settings.
    Strong personal network with real decision-maker relationships that can be activated.
    Skilled in initiating and sustaining conversations — from small talk to business discussions.
    Self-starter and go-getter who thrives in fast-paced, network-driven environments.
    Highly organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple clients/industries simultaneously.
    Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and conferences.
    Fluent in English; Vietnamese and/or French is a strong plus.

    Interview Process
    To ensure the right fit, candidates will be evaluated not only on their CV but also on practical demonstrations of their sales and business development ability:
    Reference real relationships with decision-makers and how they were built.
    Provide numbers and examples from past deals, showing personal role in closing.
    Demonstrate in a live simulation the ability to move from small talk to business dialogue.
