Job summary
To be trained for delivery of overall logistics service to customer, liaise with customers on an ad-hoc basis when solving serious operational problems or dealing with complaints, provide support to other projects within the office when called upon, within the limits of the role be accountable for project delivery to time and budget as well as expected results for customer satisfaction, assure the project execution is following policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved, ensure project shipment processing is executed in line with quality & safety procedures, ensure all financial and administrative activities comply with DHL standards, at all times, work under all SOP's relating to the project.

Requirements
- COMPULSORY: Student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 6 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptable.
- Required business knowledge with an education background in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Freight Forwarding/ International Business.
- Logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Good attitude and teamwork
- Fluent in English verbal/written communication
