Job summary

Manage and control information security risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and regularly update information security-related policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations issued by the State Bank of Vietnam and international standards.
• Monitor the implementation and compliance of information security programs/standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, etc, within the scope of information security.
• Conduct audits, reviews, and evaluations of security systems and infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary point of contact or coordinate with relevant parties to monitor and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions based on recommendations from Internal Audit, External Audit, and regulatory inspections related to information security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance & Banking, Data Science, Financial Mathematics, Quantitative Economics, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of Information Security principles and practices.
• Strong project management and reporting skills.
• Deep understanding of international information security standards such as PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001, and regulatory requirements of the State Bank of Vietnam.
• Knowledge of compliance policies and frameworks specific to the banking industry in the context of IS.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
