OQA Engineer (Mechanical Manufacturing, English,ID18223) wanted for a foreign-invested company $1000/month salary + opportunities to grow

• Lead and manage the OQA inspection team to ensure effective performance of inspection activities.
• Guarantee that all outgoing shipments meet both customer requirements and internal quality standards.
• Develop, maintain, and update inspection standards in line with customer and internal requirements.
• Analyze inspection results, provide feedback to upstream processes, and drive continuous improvement
• Investigate outgoing defects and customer complaints, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Oversee the validation of measuring equipment in cooperation with the Calibration team.
• Manage team competencies and implement training plans to enhance knowledge of product specifications, standards, and measuring equipment operation.
• Participate in and support the preparation for customer audits, QMS audits, and related documentation.
• Develop outgoing inspection check sheets for new products.
• Prepare and summarize weekly, monthly, and yearly quality reports.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Male or Female, 30–40 years old
• University Graduate
• 5 years of experience in OQA Engineer in mechanical manufacturing for the automotive industry
• Proficient in 7 QC Tools, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949
• Proficient in English
