Job summary
Manage customer accounts, oversee the progress and costs of development projects, receive inquiries, clarify requirements, and maintain communication with customers throughout project execution, ensure customer satisfaction with Thygesen's products and services through regular contact and follow-ups, collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are addressed professionally and in a timely manner, prepare cost estimates and quotations for assigned projects, monitor lead times and ensure timely delivery of development projects, manage and control costs associated with development projects, track and monitor customer payments and outstanding debts.
