    We are seeking a talented Full Stack Architect to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building industry-disruptive tech products and revolutionizing the way customers use technology.

    The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing scalable, feature-rich web applications using ReactJS and Redux, as well as experience in designing, building, and maintaining efficient backend applications using C#.

    We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can work effectively in a dynamic organization and collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and Develop Web Applications: Create scalable, feature-rich web applications using ReactJS and Redux.
    • Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient backend applications using C#.
    • Integration and Performance Optimization: Integrate frontend and backend applications while maintaining good performance, and optimize application performance by improving and restructuring at the database and API level.
    • Tech Leadership: Guide junior team members and establish good coding standards within the team.
    • Technical Documentation: Generate comprehensive technical documentation.

    Requirements:

    • Education: BS Computer Science degree or equivalent industry experience.
    • Skills: JavaScript experience, including asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6; HTML/CSS experience, including cross-browser compatibility and layout; and C# experience.
    • Advantageous Skills: Experience in/with mapping technologies, agile development methodologies, distributed source control systems, performance/analytics tools, continuous integration, unit testing, and static code analysis.
    • Desirable Traits: Ability to deep dive into technical aspects needed for optimization of web applications, understand business requirements, and creative thinking backed by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
