    Mô tả

    Role Description

    1. Recruitment (30%)

    2. Clarify hiring needs with Hiring Managers (scope, responsibilities, requirements).

    3. Execute end-to-end recruitment process: screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer.
    4. Build strong networks across channels and stay updated on hiring trends.
    5. Conduct exit interviews and analyze resignation reasons.
    6. Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports.

    7. Training (20%)

    8. Organize orientation programs: logistics, data tracking, attendance, training delivery, and reporting.

    9. Support internal training and events: logistics, invitations, attendance, reporting (e.g., AEON Annual Survey, Massive Re-training).

    10. C&B (20%)

    11. Manage payroll, PIT, and social insurance processes.

    12. Handle labor contracts and employee profile updates.
      1. Employee Relations & Performance (15%)
    13. Support performance review process and data analysis.
    14. Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events (Best Employee, Long Service, Health Check, etc.).

    15. HR management & Reports (5%)

    16. Monitor staff attendance, dress code, and compliance.

    17. Maintain and provide HR reports as needed.
    18. Track HR documents and files (onboarding, health checks, etc.).

    19. Other duties (10%)

    20. Perform additional HR tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 01 year of related experience in HR (TA / C&B is a plus)
    • Good command of English (verbal & written)
    • Good communication and problem-solving skill
    • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently
    • Customer focused, detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
    • Be able to work shifts & on Public holidays
