Job summary

Develop campaign strategies, oversee creators' participation, plan and shortlist KOLs, gather and prepare assets, train and brief KOLs, track and report performance, communicate with KOLs, monitor and analyze performance data, build and maintain relationships, negotiate benefits, and manage paperwork.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or campaign management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Affiliate team to develop campaign strategies, quotations, and proposals aligned with brand objectives.
  • Oversee creators' participation in brand campaigns, ensuring strong performance by managing budgets, maximizing cost-effectiveness, achieving GMV targets, and delivering positive ROI.
  • Plan and shortlist KOLs with a proven sales record, proposing detailed lists to the Affiliate and Brand teams, including rate cards, estimated GMV, and live schedules aligned with brand requirements.
  • Gather and prepare all necessary assets for KOLs (e.g., product samples, target plans, ad codes, content and product guidelines).
  • Train and brief KOLs to ensure effective brand messaging and a clear understanding of product details and promotional plans.
  • Track and report creator and campaign performance to Seniors and Managers, including progress updates, action plans, and insights with proposed solutions for improvement.
  • Communicate directly with KOLs to confirm schedules, arrange replacements when necessary, and negotiate mutually beneficial terms for both the brand and OnPoint.
  • Monitor and analyze creator performance data and campaign outcomes to identify key learnings, pain points, and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier KOLs, proactively addressing potential issues and providing support during crises to ensure influencer satisfaction, loyalty, and performance.
  • Negotiate additional benefits with KOLs when needed (e.g., discounted booking fees, commission-only participation, multiple livestream sessions, or added daily content in case of underperformance).
  • Manage all paperwork and follow up on payments to ensure timely processing for creators.

Skills

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong influencer relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting, quotations, and cost control for marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools, performance tracking, and live commerce platforms is a plus.
