We're searching for a visionary and innovative leader to build and guide our engineering team

As our Development Lead, you'll translate organizational goals into technology strategies, manage R&D, and implement tech solutions that boost product development and player satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Craft a technology vision aligned with business goals, collaborating across departments to integrate solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and empower the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within a collaborative, agile environment.
• Technology Development & Management: Oversee all tech operations, including network security, software development, and system administration, staying current with industry trends and best practices. Manage technology budgets and timelines.
• Product Development & Innovation: Work closely with product teams to design and implement new technology solutions, ensuring continuous delivery of technical services.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technological risks while ensuring compliance with data protection and cybersecurity regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Director, Lead Developer, or similar leadership role in a tech-driven environment, preferably gaming-related.
• Deep understanding of current tech trends in gaming and Web3.
• Ability to conduct technical analysis and research.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

Bonus:

• Strong business planning and budgeting understanding.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MSc/MA/MBA a plus.
