    QA Engineer

    We are a product-led company, driven by innovation and committed to delivering exceptional value to our customers. As a QA Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform.

    You will work closely with our Product Team to understand business needs, expectations, and team objectives to continuously refine QA processes.

    Your Impact

    • Advocate a culture that values a great customer experience and shares the belief that quality is about prevention and trust.
    • Enable developers to feel calm, confident and in control when they undertake testing activities.
    • Collaborate with the team to drive quality improvement as a repeatable and scalable activity.
    • Influence our testing automation practices improving test coverage which can contribute to continuous delivery pipeline.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinating quality activities inside the team throughout the development cycle to make them executed efficiently.
    • Measuring and analysing quality to address quality problems and improve quality output from the team.
    • Influencing the quality mindset of your team to get them aligned with the quality plan and quality standard.
    • Conduct testing training to empower developers on sufficient testing skills.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in Quality Assurance and testing activities in an Agile environment.
    • Proficiency in understanding code (C# and JavaScript) is essential.
    • A strong grasp of system design, particularly microservice architecture.
    • Excel at problem-solving, using data-driven approaches for decision-making.
    • A track record of influencing developers, designers, and product owners to improve product quality.
