- Oracle and MSSQL database expertise Criteria:
- Technical Experience:
- Data architecture designs and technologies for BI solutions in on-premises and cloud environments
- Leading projects involving technology upgrade/migration to Microsoft BI Suite
- Role-based access control implementation, such as with Azure AD
- Source control, environment management, and documentation creation
- Utilizing Power Designer for reviewing data models and generating DDLs
- Developing the Application Code package using tools like Azure DevOps
- Core Skills:
- Long-term vision in defining technical roadmaps and providing recommendations
- Systems design, development, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Leading the design and development of infrastructure-related projects
- Project Experience and Techniques:
- Leading design in technology upgrade/migration projects
- Stakeholder discussions, requirements elicitation, and solution development
- Experience in SDLC processes, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Public Sector Experience:
- Previous public sector experience in an organization of equivalent size or complexity
- Designing and developing applications compliant with GOITS standards and processes would be an asset.
