Our client is a leading company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

• Perform the tasks of financial planning and management, capital management, cost management (including cost allocation), and the development of policies/regulations related to financial management and effective financial management in the assigned functional area, ensuring compliance with the company's procedures and regulations to successfully achieve the unit's overall objectives.
• Participate in the development, analysis, and evaluation of business plans, budget plans, investment procurement plans, and overall company financial plans/plans for various units within the company.
• Manage administrative data, data planning, and establish internal management reporting systems.
• Prepare management reports, forecasts, business performance/financial efficiency analyses, and provide information and data to business units.
• Calculate business incentive mechanisms for the sales force, reconcile agent commissions, and award performance bonuses to support units (such as Sales Support Team, Operations Team, Approval Team, etc.).
• Develop financial policy and standardization mechanisms, and provide advice on financial matters for various units (financial efficiency, business plans, etc.).
• Perform assigned tasks within the designated functional area.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Auditing, Accounting, Business Administration, or Banking and Finance.
• At least 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Understand and coordinate with other units within the company to perform job duties.
• Ability to guide and oversee simple procedures in the process.
• Knowledge and experience in the field of banking and finance, as well as knowledge of data management.
• Skills in Financial Management, Risk Management, and Information Forecasting.
