Job summary

Ensure sales and collection accuracy for Hot/Cold and Central kitchen. Receive and hand over input e-invoice from trade supplier correctly and timely for Hot/Cold and Central kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile sales data between sales system & core system & einvoice system
• Receive and check input einvoice from trade suppliers
• Operation duties
• Other duties
• Reconcile sales data between sales system & core system and work with related departments to handle errors if any
• Daily reconcile einvoice: Sales& refund/GTN/GRN/MRS and handle errors if any
• Manage Credit Account Receivable of Credit Customer/ Deposit, ect and input payment amount into core system
• Make Sales/AR/Einvoice report periodically to HQ Accounting dept
• Receive and check input e-invoice from trade suppliers.
• Organize and periodically hand over invoices/documents to HQ accounting department for supplier payment processing.
• Join stock-taking activities as role of MMD according to
