Job summary

Work closely with the accounting, delivery and sales teams to streamline processes and facilitate effective communication. Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the service revenue operations. Use data and analytics to measure and forecast revenue data, including tracking key metrics. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operations process. Assist with SOX audit-related tasks. Other ad hoc service revenue operation-related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in service revenue operations or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to discover and fix potential risks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to frequently adjust priorities and help the team out wherever needed.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the service operation process and the company's target audience and goals.
  • High attention to details.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel.
  • Experience with software industry is a plus.
  • Educationally, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is typically required. Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar field is highly beneficial.
