Chief Accountant for conducting thorough oversight of the development of the greenfield project, focusing on accounting aspects to ensure compliance with all established standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA with finance/accounting focus preferred.
• Leadership and team management

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accounting processes, aligning them with legal standards.
• Manage accounting and tax documentation, reports, and records.
• Strengthen expertise in accounting and taxation for process optimization.
• Maintain meticulous control over asset management, ensuring accurate and prompt accounting of company assets, including the capitalization of fixed assets in accordance with Vietnamese legal mandates.
• Offer comprehensive accounting support to Group personnel and external consultants during the SAP implementation process, promoting soft integration and setup to the ERP system.
• Maintain databases within the financial-accounting division for efficient operations.
• Supervise the ERP system (SAP) for accurate business activity reflection.
• Ensure compliance with Accounting Act and IFRS standards in records.
• Prepare financial statements and public/legal reports.
• Oversee tax settlement processes and maintain communication with external advisors.
• Manage payment operations as per Group standards.
• Lead month-end closing, transfer pricing documentation, and tax assessments.
