- 7+ years of experience in developing data conversion and migration
- Demonstrates extensive experience with the following:
- Data migration for digital transformation, including ETL experience from legacy to modernized solutions
- Proficiency in ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, Informatica, etc.
- Migration of document attachments from legacy solutions to modern platforms
- Working knowledge of cloud DB technologies like Azure SQL
- Demonstrates knowledge and experience with the following:
- Development of business cases, data migration strategies, and plans
- Understanding of Information Management principles
