As a Project Manager at TAPTAP, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of white-label or outsourced software projects.

You will act as the key coordinator between internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and TAPTAP clients to ensure seamless project execution.

This is a highly collaborative, results-oriented role that requires clear communication, effective risk management, and hands-on problem-solving.


Responsibilities:
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation in alignment with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communications with external vendors and internal teams.
Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring agile best practices are followed.
Manage project risks, issues, change requests, and dependencies proactively.
Deliver regular status updates and performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure project deliverables meet TAPTAP's quality standards and client expectations.
Work closely onsite with internal teams at the Tân Bình office to ensure strong alignment and real-time coordination.

Full-time onsite at Office in Tân Bình District, HCMC

You will have the following skills and experience:
2+ years of managing software projects, with strong communication and risk management skills.
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency with JIRA, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
Experience working directly with customers, vendors, or partners.
Detail-oriented, accountable, and goal-driven.

Nice to have:
Experience managing outsourced or white-label projects.
Experience with Loyalty Programs, CRM, E-commerce, or system integration projects.
Familiarity with PMBOK standards or holding a project management certification.
