Job Description

Ensuring Quality and Reliability

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with our Product Team to understand business needs, expectations, and team objectives.

You will work closely with developers to refine QA processes, advocate for a culture that values customer experience, and influence testing automation practices. Your goal will be to drive quality improvement as a repeatable and scalable activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating quality activities throughout the development cycle
• Measuring and analyzing quality to address quality problems
• Influencing the quality mindset of your team
• Conducting testing training to empower developers

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance and testing activities in an Agile environment
• Proficiency in understanding code (C# and JavaScript)
• Strong grasp of system design, particularly microservice architecture
• Excellent problem-solving skills and data-driven approach
• Foster a collaborative culture and prioritize trust over enforcement
