    Primary Responsibilities:

    Recruitment and Staffing:

    • Take charge of the recruitment process, starting from identifying staffing needs to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

    Training and Development:

    • Devise and execute training programs aligned with the company's goals and employees' career aspirations. Supervise the professional growth of staff.

    Performance Management:

    • Establish performance criteria, conduct assessments, and offer constructive feedback to employees. Formulate strategies to enhance performance and efficiency.

    Employee Relations:

    • Act as a liaison for employee concerns and disputes. Cultivate a supportive and inclusive workplace atmosphere.

    Workforce Planning and Strategy:

    • Analyze workforce patterns, forecast future staffing requirements, and devise strategies to fulfill these needs.

    Employee Wellness and Engagement:

    • Introduce initiatives and programs aimed at promoting employee well-being, maintaining work-life balance, and fostering high levels of engagement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
    • At least 1 year of experience in human resources, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity sector.
    • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Vietnam.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Demonstrated capability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is crucial.
