Job Title: Market Development SpecialistJob Description: We are seeking a skilled professional to support our grains business in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing the grains markets in relation to Vietnam and SE Asia, managing internal processes on contracts, credit, and compliance, and linking with our finance and operations team to ensure smooth execution of our business.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development in Vietnam's feed ingredients market.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
Collaborate with the global trading team to contribute to our group's trading and business strategies.
Provide analysis support to the commercial team to help maintain client relationships.
Work closely with the global analysis team to contribute to our sugar market view and develop Vietnam-focused content for our analysis portal.
Support the growth of our sustainability program by engaging with industry members and promoting sustainable practices.
Requirements:
Degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, or agriculture.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
