Job summary

Receive orders from existing customers and enter purchase orders into the system. Provide quotations and update contract status. Update customers on the estimated delivery schedule. Communicate with clients via email/ phone/ online meeting. Coordinate with relevant departments regarding issues related to pricing, product quality, and quantity. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from University with English major.
  • English: Proficient in 4 skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening)
  • Having at least 2 years experience as Customer Support Supervisor, Sales Admin Sup, Sales Support Sup or related major.
  • Good at Microsoft skill
  • Having customer mindset.
  • Good at communication, negotiation skill.
  • Having management and leadership skill.
