    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    Working with all function in brewery to translate their need into learning & development plan aligned with people function strategy. Implement and oversee programs that increase efficiency, strengthen employee knowledge and abilities, improve leadership and maintain the overall company performance.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    1) Strategy development & Implementation:

    - Implement and oversee learning and development strategy that are aligned with the national level.

    - Drive people development plan, execute in place and measure effectively.

    - Work with People Business Partner/stake holders to make sure that people development plan are aligned with strategic workforce planning.

    2) People & Organization Development:

    - Work closely with stakeholders to define learning and development needs, functional competency assessment, training plan/budget, and manage the training delivery and Personal Development Plan, Heineken Functional competence.

    - Roll out development programs from national to local and make sure that they are aligned and well-implemented.

    - Be active in working with business stakeholders in related to learning and development plans.

    - Ability to deliver training courses as required (soft skills, induction program).

    - Promote and engage people in E-Learning system (LXP).

    - Be able to apply digital or take the lead for any improvement in daily operation.

    - Take part in people development projects (E-Learning, Coaching, learn &share..)

    3) Culture building:

    - Implement the plan and initiatives event/campaign to promote HEINEKEN behaviors at local.

    - Conduct Climate Survey deep dive sessions and support stakeholders implement their action plan for improvements.

    - Foster a learning culture by facilitating employee collaboration and knowledge sharing through learn, share and reapply activity.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    - Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology.

    - Minimum 1-year experience in Learning & Development or relevant Human Resource.

    - Critical Thinking, growth mindset.

    - Detail-oriented, data-driven mindset.

    - Able to learn fast and adapt quickly.

    - Great organization or project management.

    - Training delivery and management.

    - Advanced Excel and strong data analytics, or related fields.

    - English: Upper Intermediate (CEFR).
