• Supervise plating manufacturing output and guarantee product quality
• Conduct tests and monitor process performance throughout the manufacturing process.
• Enhance the plating process and participate in cost-cutting initiatives.
• Carry out improvement programs to fully optimize product manufacturing processes.
• Maintain production process stability and daily quality data analysis from upstream processes/plating/final inspection to identify the effectiveness of corrective action.
• Troubleshoot plating procedures and resolve quality issues in compliance.
• Create safety protocols for employees who work with potentially hazardous materials.
• Other tasks as given by the manager.

• Graduated from university, majoring in chemistry
• At least 5 years of working experience specializing in plating at plating lines in manufacturing plants.
• Fluent in English communication and writing
