    Main Job Purpose:


    • This position is to drive Revenue & Margin growth in Heineken Vietnam in consumer & customer centric
    way.


    • This role partners with the Revenue Management APAC in the design & implementation of RM (Revenue
    Management) methodology and tools, capability across Sales and Marketing team to identify Revenue

    opportunities across the following but not limited to:
    o Brand Portfolio Pricing (including pricing strategy and execution etc.)

    o Price pack architecture (OBPPC, etc.)

    o Value Chain Management


    • Responsible for RM opportunity identification & implementation on strategic pricing, designing packs
    price architect (OBPPC), and managing the value across the value chains


    • Lead Pricing agenda of Heineken Vietnam

    Job detail:

    • Analyze and make recommendations of portfolio management to maximize revenue and profit. This
    includes working with Commercial team on long term innovation pack/price architecture with a total

    profit pool lens


    • Conduct business analyses & generate insight for, a) identification of NR (Net Revenue) opportunities
    within channels x regions to be executed within the year; b) implementation tracking for ongoing project

    reviews


    • Develop appropriate RM dashboards and tracking methodologies for top management, country
    leadership & commercial teams


    • Build and track pricing Pulse in the market with consumer, trade and ex-brew price of Heineken and
    competitors


    Key Relationships:

    • Revenue Management Leader - APAC/ RM Managers & Business Analysis Team Members
    • Head of Sales, Finance partnering
    • Brand/Trade Marketing & Commercial Team Leaders
    Experience & Qualifications:


    • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with senior analyst or managerial level
    • Commercial experience in consumer goods (Trade Marketing, CMI, Cat Management, Sale analytics,
    Revenue Management)


    • Applying business insights & analytics to achieve business objectives
    • Solid Analytical (excel, macro, Power BI) skills
    • Revenue management experience preferred in the consumer goods industry
    • Understand the context, applying critical thinking and present the solution thoroughly

    Skills:

    • Understanding key elements of revenue management (Pricing strategy, price pack architecture, value
    chain)


    • Ability to structure work-streams overcoming ambiguity (e.g lack of availability of complete data sets)
    • In-depth experience in working with data, category & market data to identify commercial opportunities
    • In-depth understanding of various analyses tools (macro, excel etc), techniques (price elasticity, cross
    elasticity,...)


    • Delivering the analyses & recommendations in an FMCG context through impactful partnerships &
    ownership from brief to delivery
