Internal Communication & Engagement Officer: Develop and implement internal communication plans, create and distribute engaging content, organize internal events, and manage internal communication tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 3 year of experience in internal communication or related fields

Responsibilities

• Internal communication plans: Develop and implement internal communication plans to inform and engage employees on company initiatives and events.
• Content creation and distribution: Create and distribute engaging content through various communication channels and collaborate with departments to align messages with company goals and culture.
• Internal events: Organize internal events to promote employee engagement and wellbeing, while developing strategies to maintain the motivation of the sales team.
• Communication tools and platforms: Manage internal communication tools and platforms, and conduct satisfaction surveys to assess and improve employee happiness and well-being.

Skills

• Active listening: Ability to actively listen and demonstrate empathy towards employees.
• Content creation: Skilled in creating compelling and audience-focused content with Canva and Capcut
• Organizational and project management skills: Strong skills to plan and coordinate projects, events, and programs.
• Internal communication tools: Good understanding of internal communication tools and platforms, as well as information technologies.
• Well-being and mental health knowledge: Knowledge of the basic principles of wellbeing and mental health at work.
