- Guest Experience & Relationship Management: plan analyze guest lists manage RSVP process follow up on invitations update company database keep guest information accurate ready future projects.
- Event Management & Execution: plan execute event organization before during after event act as main on-site coordinator oversee program flow align MCs speakers production teams technical partners ensure seamless execution real-time issue resolution develop manage contracts finalize acceptance records facilitate payment requests.
