    Key Responsibilities:

    • Participate in survey meetings with the Project Team and End Users to understand requirements and project scope.
    • Prepare SSW by comparing technical specifications, pricing, commercial terms…
    • Handle service requests related to construction repair activities (OPEX).
    • Source new contractors and initiate accreditation of new suppliers based on company
    standards.

    • Draft and review procurement-related contracts and service agreements.
    • Collaborate with Legal and Technical teams to ensure clarity in contract scope and obligations.
    • Ensure contracts are properly documented and archived.
    • Follow up on ongoing projects related to services, maintenance, or contractor execution.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil Engineering or related field)
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in services and project procurement.
    • Strong coordination and communication skills, especially in cross-functional environments.
    • Ability to read and analyse technical documents and compare supplier proposals.
    • Willingness to work on-site and conduct field surveys when required.
    Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple tasks.):

    Yêu cầu công việc
    Bachelor's degree in engineering (CONSTRUCTION / MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING / ELECTRICAL AUTOMATION)
    Minimum 3 years of experience in CONSTRUCTION / MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING / ELECTRICAL AUTOMATION or related field.
    Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in PROJECT MANAGEMENT/PURCHASING
    Fluent English
