• Job Description

Join us as a Marketing Automation Coordinator and become one of our primary HubSpot experts.

You'll support our global marketing and sales teams, ensuring seamless platform operation and empowering them to maximize their use of our core automation tool.

Key Responsibilities:
First-line Support &

Problem Solving:

Provide timely and effective support for all HubSpot inquiries, issues, and requests, diagnosing and resolving problems creatively and analytically.

HubSpot Expertise & Guidance:

Act as a trusted advisor, guiding users on best practices and optimizing their HubSpot experience across all features (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS Hubs).

System Health & Implementation:

Maintain the ongoing health of our HubSpot instance through daily maintenance (permissions, data, integrations) and support its continuous implementation and evolution.

Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration:

Contribute to our knowledge base with documentation and FAQs, and collaborate with teams to improve processes and the overall HubSpot ecosystem.

• Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
2+ years of experience with HubSpot/marketing automation (admin, support, or optimization focus).
Fluent in English
Hold HubSpot/relevant certifications
Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical skills and customer service mindset
Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for mar-tech and continuous learning.
