Job summary

The company is looking for an HR & Admin Manager to oversee HR operations, recruitment, and talent development. The job requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 3 years of experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing company. The salary is $3000++ per month, and the benefits include social insurance, training and development programs, and salary review/annual salary increase.

Responsibilities

• Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with Vietnamese law and corporate standards.
• Communicate and implement updated policies effectively across the factory and office.
• Manage statutory compliance, including social insurance and PIT reporting to the Group.

Qualifications

• Preferred Female, under 45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager in Europe/US invested manufacturing company with at least 300 employees.
• Fluent in English
• In-depth understanding of Vietnamese labor laws, social insurance, PIT, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
