Fixed-term contract for 5 months (until March 2026)

Job Responsibilities

1. Act as a Project Engineer for Filling & Packing projects.
2. Collaborate with equipment manufacturers and technical experts on design, manufacturing, FAT, and delivery.
3. Coordinate with internal departments to handle import and delivery of equipment to the factory.
4. Design and procure local supply equipment (e.g., conveyor, case sealer, code date printer); plan and supervise on-site installation to meet project timelines, quality, safety, and cost requirements.
5. Execute equipment installation and commissioning on time, ensuring product and testing quality; work closely with technical experts for smooth commissioning.
6. Coordinate closely with construction and startup teams to ensure installations meet integration and operational requirements, delivering a first-time-right solution.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full lifecycle international projects for Filling & Packing.
• At least 3 years of experience in capital investment projects, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Solid experience in engineering design, equipment installation, and logistics for filling & packing systems.
• Strong knowledge of industrial SHE requirements and local safety regulations.
• Excellent understanding of Mechanical Engineering and Hygienic installations.
• Basic knowledge of Electrical & Automation systems.
• Ability to develop and deploy filling & packing systems according to required specifications.
• Good understanding of filling & packing equipment principles and hygienic engineering standards.
• Familiarity with Food Plant Engineering principles and hygiene requirements.
• Basic English communication skills with strong reading & writing proficiency.
• Knowledge of operational maintenance; TPM experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
