    Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Software Developer. As a Software Developer, where is your expertise in crafting enterprise-grade applications and driving REST API design, you'll contribute to critical projects shaping the technological landscape of Ontario's government services.

    Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.

    Must:

  • 8+ years of hands-on software development experience
  • Extensive experience in Restful API and Angular frameworks
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end development
  • Strong SQL skills with relational databases
  • Familiarity with containerized environments and Cloud application security Nice:

    Experience in pdf generation and implementation

    Criteria:

  • Criteria 1 - Technical Design
  • Extensive experience in REST API design and development
  • Strong skills in Angular Cloud Native Frameworks
  • Proficiency in User Interface design and data modeling
  • Knowledge of design patterns and standards
  • Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and technical standards
  • Criteria 2 - Technical Framework
  • Experience in Microservice architecture and API Services
  • Proficiency in Java Frameworks like Spring and technologies like Hibernate
  • Hands-on experience with containerized environments
  • Expertise in Single Page Application development using Angular
  • Criteria 3 - Integration Skills
  • Strong experience with enterprise integration technologies
  • Proficiency in integrating web applications with RESTful APIs
  • Skills in SQL and relational databases
  • Understanding of data transformation techniques
  • Criteria 4 - Security
  • Demonstrated experience with Security in Cloud environments
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and encryption
  • Knowledge of common web security practices and vulnerabilities
