Education and Experience:

• University graduated major in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or any relevant major.
• Minimum 1 year related experience in Electronics Company. (Supply chain, warehouse operations, or accounting is preferred)

Working Hours:

7H30 A.M– 4H00 P.M

Monday-Friday & 2 Saturdays of the month

Range: 9-12 mil

Main Responsibilities:

-Manage material requisitions and track inventory to ensure availability.

-Coordinate and follow up with PCBA purchasing team on material needs and delivery schedules.

-Escalate material-related issues promptly to relevant stakeholders.

-Support cross-functional alignment between warehouse, purchasing, and production teams.

-Assist Supervisor and Aligni Leader in daily operational tasks and reporting

-Other tasks are assigned by line manager.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong office skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, and reporting).
• Good command of written English for business communication.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
