• Supply DRX plants (e.g. with raw materials, semi-finished products, parts, containers, transport, etc.) / customer plants (e.g. with products, etc.)
• Monitor indicators according to guidelines and report any deviations
• Control and coordinate internal DRX production and external subcontractors or transport companies
• Provide technical orientation/training of transport topics for associates (e.g. TISS, special transports, etc.)
• Coordinate transport damages with related parties (internal and external)
• Handle invoice verification process
• Optimize transports processes
• Act as main contact person for Transport Control topics for external and internal counterparts
• Recognize bottlenecks and initiate special actions (e.g. special or rapid transports, extra shifts, etc.)
• Place Transport orders in the respective systems
• Monitor delivery amounts and schedules
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing transports
• Coordinate Special transports/Premium Freight
• Monitor internal and external data quality in TISS system of transports in your responsibility
• if applicable respective local requirements such as EHS topics etc
