Purchasing & Inventory Management / Customer Support / Quality Control

(Including Overseas Shipping and Product Verification)

• Negotiate with suppliers on price, delivery schedules, and quality; develop new
  
  suppliers
• Develop purchasing plans, manage inventory, coordinate inbound/outboundshipments, and conduct stocktaking
• Handle inquiries from domestic and overseas customers (especially EU clients),manage returns/exchanges, and adjust delivery schedules
• Verify operation and quality of cameras and network devices; troubleshoot issues
• Handle international shipping operations including EU (document preparation,customs procedures, carrier coordination)
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams; propose and implement improvements

We are seeking a candidate to support our business growth by managing the increase in

users and overseas shipping demands, ensuring stable logistics operations and improving

customer satisfaction.

This role covers a wide range of duties from purchasing and inventory management to

customer support, quality control, and international shipping (mainly to the EU).

Yêu cầu công việc:

Gender: Female

Age:27~35 yeas old

Education level:Uni

Language:Japanese N1 or N2

No. of experienced year: Experience in purchasing or inventory management

Key experience:

• Experience in purchasing or inventory management
• PC skills (Intermediate Excel: functions, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Experience in customer service or logistics/warehouse operations
• Communication skills in multicultural environments

Preferred:

• Experience in EU exports or international logistics
• Experience in quality control for cameras, video equipment, or precision instruments

• Management or project leader experience

• Working time

Mon - Fri:9:00-18:00

• Salary:800~1000USD gross(can Nego)
