Super Market Development Project Executive - Phường Long Biên, Hanoi

Job summary

To assist in the development of a supermarket project, including negotiation with landlords, identifying suitable terms and conditions, and preparing necessary documents. The ideal candidate has a university degree in a relevant field, integrity, and strong commitment, with at least 3 years of experience in site development, leasing, real estate, business development, investment advisory, or retail consulting.

Responsibilities

• To assistance of negotiation with landlord to make the land or space available for SM/SSM Development and to make space to operate store:
• Identify terms & conditions suitable for each site's actual situation
• Discuss terms of contract with landlords and related parties
• Make reports of negotiation results
• To prepare necessary document and information for making Agreement with Land owner in Land matters
• To assist SM/SSM Development for its smooth Construction including but not limited to resolving disputes with land owner from time to time
• To obtain necessary information and to check the feasibility of Development Projects and Discuss with local authority
• To work out and provide SM or SSM Development Area and the Strategy and propose it to Development Manager
• To assist the proposed ROI Plan for Development and Investment Amount for Development, To assist other departments to work out Merchandising Plan and Store/SM or SSM Operation Plan
• To study and operate Map Info System and to study and analyze SM/SSM Store P/L

Qualifications

• University graduate (preferably Law, Finance, Investment, Real Estate, Valuation, Project Management)
• Integrity and strong commitment
• At least 3 year of experience in relevant fields (site development, leasing, real estate, business development, investment advisory, retail consulting)
• Knowledge/Experience of construction, drawing, design is an advantage
