    We are seeking a highly skilled Community Building Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaging community experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Community Engagement & Management:

      • Actively engage with the gaming community across various platforms, addressing player questions and concerns in a proactive manner.

    • Content Moderation:

      • Monitor and moderate inappropriate content within the community, taking appropriate action when necessary.

    • Relationship Building:

      • Built and maintain relationships with key community members, influencers, and streamers, generating engaging content and fostering a welcoming environment.

    • Events & Campaigns:

      • Organize online and offline events or contests, especially around new game launches or content updates.

    • Collaboration:

      • Work closely with game developers to create engaging discussion topics and content for the community.

    • Feedback & Insights:

      • Analyze community feedback and report trends to the game development team, offering insights to improve gameplay balance and adjust policies based on community behavior.

    • Scalable Support & Planning:

      • Deploy and manage support tools to scale community support, developing and maintaining a structured content and activity calendar to drive ongoing engagement.

    • External Collaboration:

      • Coordinate with external agencies when necessary to enhance community support and outreach.
